ResponseWare iOS App Log In Issue Resolved

A patch was released on Wednesday, January 20th to resolve the recent issue experienced with ResponseWare iOS app log ins. The resolution has been tested and approved by our Quality Assurance team in order for release. From the time when the patch was released at 9:00 p.m., we have received no further reports of customer incidents.

ResponseWare iOS Log In Issue

Participants may experience an issue when logging into their ResponseWare iOS app. The ResponseWare iOS app will display a browser not supported page when participants attempt to sign-in for the first time or after a period of one week or longer.

Android app users and participants that have already signed-in within this one week period of time will not be affected. Participants with iOS devices can still leverage their devices for participation by signing into ResponseWare.com via Safari or other web browsers for the same user experience.

Since the initial alert, our staff is focusing diligently and exclusively on a solution and we will work to have this remedied as quickly as possible.

ExamView Assessment Suite v10.1 Release

Turning Technologies is happy to announce the release of ExamView Assessment Suite v10.1.  This latest version is now available on Turning Account.  Users can no longer access ExamView Assessment Suite from the Turning Technologies’ Downloads page.

TurningPoint Cloud v1.7 for Mac and PC Release

Turning Technologies is happy to announce the release of TurningPoint Cloud v7.0 for Mac and PC. These recent updates include a new WordCloud display and a button to synch your participant lists.

 

These recent enhancements greatly benefit instructors and the whole organization. 

Easily update participant lists with a new button in participant management that links to Turning Account or LMS.

New technology enhanced question type to create a WordCloud slide in PowerPoint and Anywhere Polling.

New WordCloud reports that enables instructors to review responses and use WordCloud images for other purposes.

Now offers official support for Office 2016 for PC & Mac, Windows 10 and Mac OS El Capitan, Microsoft Windows 7 or 8 (32- or 64-bit), OS X v10.9 and 10.10 to ensure TurningPoint Cloud will work in all environments.

Turning Technologies is excited to release Turning Account v1.5.0. These recent updates include a streamlined registration process and improved optimization for large organizations.

Organization admins can now export user information in an easy to sort CSV file to easily identify students without a license or device.

ResponseWare 2.5.0 Release

Turning Technologies is excited to announce the release of ResponseWare Web 2.5.0.

 

ResponseWare Web 2.5.0 improves stability and allows the user to revisit a partial answer.

 

Notes for ResponseWare Web 2.5.0:

•    Edited but Unsubmitted Response

o    Save ALL responses for short answer or essay even if in un-submitted state

o    User ability to go back to the question and finish a partial answer, or change an answer and resubmit the question without any lost progress

•    Improved stability
