A patch was released on Wednesday, January 20th to resolve the recent issue experienced with ResponseWare iOS app log ins. The resolution has been tested and approved by our Quality Assurance team in order for release. From the time when the patch was released at 9:00 p.m., we have received no further reports of customer incidents.
