On Sunday, 3/30, a final patch was released to fully resolve the recent issues experienced with ResponseWare sessions. The resolution has been fully tested and approved by our Quality Assurance team in order for release into the production (or live) ResponseWare environment. After extensive testing for a period of three weeks with a large number of sessions, the current adjustments in the latest build will eliminate the identified issues affecting our customers. Installation of the patch has resulted in the inability of our team to reproduce the original errors. Since the initial patch released on 3/8, we have received no further reports of customer incidents.
