UPDATE: The ResponseWare teams have recently experienced testing success with a new configuration to address the identified issues. A stress test will be conducted today to assess if the combination can be deployed to a live environment. Simultaneously, the teams are also working with experts to deploy potential fixes to address core of the issues on our internal, development environment.
A ResponseWare v2.1.2 patch was deployed on Wednesday, 2/18 in order to assist our ResponseWare team in further diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues occurring within the ResponseWare environment. Please note that our teams continue to working diligently to correct the identified ResponseWare issues and expect to have a fix ASAP.
Three identified issues with ResponseWare are currently affecting TurningPoint Cloud and TurningPoint 5 ResponseWare sessions and ResponseWare Student App usage. For instructors currently using TurningPoint Cloud or TurningPoint 5 with ResponseWare, users may experience the following issues: 1). polling is open and responses are not being received, 2.) polling closes and chart does not display and 3.) ResponseWare feedback is not displayed.
