Verifying your current UNT Zoom services applied to your account

UNT has access to many different services provided by Zoom. These services range in functionality and capacity. Cloud services are often fluid as needs of the UNT community shift. When you are planning your virtual activities, we encourage you to verify which Zoom services are active on your UNT Zoom account. To do so, please follow the steps below.

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Navigate to unt.zoom.us and select “sign-in”:

  3. Select “Profile”:

  4. Scroll down the profile page to the “User Type” and “Capacity” sections to verify the services and session capacities active on your UNT Zoom account:
