UPDATE: After a patch was installed last week to aid in the diagnosis and correction of the identified ResponseWare issues, our team has made several configuration adjustments that have tested well and have not produced the issues since implementation. Further testing is still required, but results are promising and our team is confident the current adjustments will continue to experience positive momentum towards a complete resolution. Please note that our team continues to work diligently together and with field experts to provide a reliable and stable ResponseWare environment.
Three identified issues with ResponseWare are currently affecting TurningPoint Cloud and TurningPoint 5 ResponseWare sessions and ResponseWare Student App usage. For instructors currently using TurningPoint Cloud or TurningPoint 5 with ResponseWare, users may experience the following issues: 1). polling is open and responses are not being received, 2.) polling closes and chart does not display and 3.) ResponseWare feedback is not displayed.
