Our ResponseWare Team has identified three issues with ResponseWare that are currently affecting TurningPoint Cloud and TurningPoint 5 ResponseWare sessions and ResponseWare Student App usage. Please note that our teams are still working diligently to correct these identified issues and we expect to have a fix ASAP.
For instructors currently using TurningPoint Cloud or TurningPoint 5 with ResponseWare, users may experience the following issues: 1). polling is open and responses are not being received, 2.) polling closes and chart does not display and 3.) ResponseWare feedback is not displayed.
